Organizational Background

Founded by Bishop Mable E. Allen, Rhema Impact, Inc. (formerly Allenco Enrichment Center, Inc.) and Rhema Church of the Living God have been pillars of community service and spiritual guidance in Greater Detroit, Michigan, for several decades. Established in 2008, Allenco Enrichment Center, Inc., is a faith-based nonprofit organization dedicated to serving at-risk and economically disadvantaged families through high-quality community enrichment services. Working in tandem with Rhema Church, founded in 1989, these organizations have sought to not only preach the gospel but also provide essential resources, life skills, and educational opportunities to empower individuals within the community.

Under Bishop Allen's inspiring guidance, both organizations have grown in influence and scope within the community over time. From humble beginnings as a small Bible class, Rhema Church of the Living God has expanded into a beacon of hope, offering tangible support and spiritual nourishment to people in need. In order to better serve the underprivileged and underresourced populations in the area, Rhema Impact, Inc. has concentrated on projects like career counseling, comprehensive family support, healthcare collaborations, and community development. This has allowed the organization to recognize the variety of needs within the community and better align its efforts.

The organizations are in a unique position to address not only spiritual needs but also important social, educational, and healthcare difficulties encountered by individuals and families by virtue of Bishop Allen's extensive background in counseling, psychology, and pastoral ministry. Rhema Impact, Inc. and Rhema Church of the Living God continue to make a lasting impact by encouraging holistic transformation, promoting self-sufficiency, and spreading the message of love, compassion, and faith in action throughout the Greater Detroit area. The organization is doing this by placing enormous value on empowerment, education, and community engagement.

Empower Individuals: Our primary goal is to empower individuals of all ages and backgrounds to successfully manage the opportunities and challenges of life by realizing their own abilities and capabilities. To achieve this goal, we provide programs and initiatives that address different aspects of well-being.
